Depending on the destination country, we use the following couriers to deliver:

  • Greece: Geniki Taxydromiki; delivery time: 1 - 3 working days; to track your delivery, click here.
  • Cyprus: ACS; delivery time: 1 working day; to track your delivery, click here.
  • Rest Europe & USA: DHL; delivery time: 2 - 3 working days; to track your delivery, click here.
  • Third countries (except USA): ACS; delivery time: 2 - 3 working days; to track your delivery, click here.

Delivery time starts from the date of the order and are only estimates provided by the respective courier. National holidays may affect delivery times.

In case there is any delay, customers are notified by email.

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a notification email with your order tracking number. During the shipment, you can see the status of your order by entering your order tracking number at the courier’s website.

We cannot ship partial orders, so your order will be on hold until all items are ready to ship.


Please check the condition of your parcel before you sign for it. If it is at all damaged, don’t sign for it and hand it back to the courier to return to us. If you only discover that your parcel is damaged after it is delivered, please contact us at .

Damaged or missing products must be reported to us within 72 hours of the date of delivery. Failure to do so may result in the claim being denied and exclusion from our return/exchange policy.

If any contents are missing or a manufacturer’s defect is discovered, any applicable warranties may be used to repair or replace the defective parts to restore the item to factory specifications. Customers may be required to return the defective part(s) to the manufacturer in order to comply with the terms of warranty.

In the cases of damaged packaging or damaged/defective/missing products at delivery, any extra transportation costs associated with restoring the damage, are covered by the manufacturer.

If within five (5) days you are not satisfied with your Columbo device, you can contact us to arrange for a return minus the transportation charges. All returns must be in excellent conditions and contain all original product packaging and accessories. We cannot accept returns on drip tips, battery cases and/or organic cotton coils alone.

Before you return an item, please contact us first at . Returns without first contacting us will be rejected and shipped back.

After contacting us we will provide you with a form that will have to accompany your returned items. If this form is not included and filled properly, your return will not be processed.

Products on special price at time of return will be refunded at the special price minus transportation costs.
